President makes a "Scarlett O'Hara" apology on NBC, to Chuck Todd, exclusive, over individual policies canceled for Obamacare

I think there is a line in Margaret Mitchell’s “Gone with the Wind” where Rhett Butler lectures Scarlet O’Hara that saying “I’m sorry” isn’t always good enough.

But maybe it’s good enough for the president, who many believe knew for months that many individual policies would not be renewed because they won’t meet the coverage requirements of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

So Chuck Todd got the exclusive interview with President Obama where the President apologizes but insists that most Americans will be able to find better prices on the exchanges than they have so far.
